12371172 - LT4 Crate Engine, 350 Gen.II long block, 4 bolt main caps, nodular cast iron crank with one piece rear seal, 54.4cc aluminum angle plugs heads, valve covers, dual plane 4-barrel carb aluminum intake manifold, damper, water pump, and rear mounted HEI distributor with vacuum advance. 375 HP @ 5500 rpm, 396 ft./lbs. torque @ 3500 rpm, 10.8-1 CR, hyd. roller cam (lift .476"/.480" dur. @ .050" = 203'/210'), 1.6 roller rockers, lightweight valvetrain with 2.00" hollow stem /1.55" sodium filled valves, hypereutectic pistons, 5.7" PM rods, reverse cooling, requires premium fuel. This motor has been discontinued in 2000 by GMPP, but may be found still in inventory at some GM dealers.

12486041 - 350 HO Crate Engine, 350 Gen.I long block, 4 bolt main caps, nodular cast iron crank with one piece rear seal, oil pan, windage tray, 64cc Vortec L31 cast iron straight plug heads, chrome valve covers and timing chain cover. 330 HP @ 5000 rpm, 380 ft./lbs. torque @ 3800 rpm, 9.1-1 CR with cast pistons, hyd. flat tappet cam (lift .435"/.460", dur. @ .050" = 212'/222'), 1.5 "self-aligning" rockers, 1.94"/1.5" valves, cast pistons, 5.7" PM rods. Requires premium fuel. You need to provide Vortec style intake (use aluminum intake manifold PN-12366573), front damper, water pump, distributor and flexplate or flywheel. Passenger side dipstick.

12496968 - is the same 350/330hp motor listed above but comes with a HEI distributor, high rise aluminum intake, Holley 650cfm vacuum secondary carb, "tall" water pump, front damper and a flexplate installed. Passenger side dipstick.

12497317 - 383 HT crate motor. This is also something new for 2000. It uses the Gen.I 4" bore 4-bolt main cap block with one-piece rear main seal, but has a new forged 3.80" stroke crank. It also has the 5.7" PM rods and Vortec cast iron L31 heads. Hypereutectic pistons give 9.1-1 CR. Uses a hydraulic roller cam .431"/.451" lift, dur. @ .050" = 196'/206'. Comes with an aluminum high rise carb intake, oil pan with windage tray and passenger side dipstick, center bolt valve covers. "Tall" water pump and front damper are included. Requires 87 octane fuel. 325 HP @ 4500 rpm and 415 ft./lbs. of torque @ 3500 rpm.

350/330hp Gen.I crate motor

12395515 - RAM JET 350, comes with new "Ram Jet" electronic fuel injection and aluminum intake manifold, "MEFI 3" controller box, and wiring harness. Motor uses a Gen.I four bolt main cap block with one piece rear seal, forged crank, PM rods, hypereutectic pistons, 9.4-1 CR, Vortec "L31" cast iron heads, and hydraulic roller cam with .431"/.451" lift, Dur.@.050" = 196'/207', aluminum roller rocker arms and HEI distributor. Requires premium fuels. Passenger side dipstick. Also includes oil pan, windage tray and front vibration damper. Comes with detailed instruction and simple hookup. 350 HP @ 5200rpm, 400 ft./lbs. @ 3500 rpm.


12498772 - ZZ383 Crate engine, 383ci/425hp/460tq, four bolt block with one piece rear main seal, aluminum "Fast Burn" heads, hydraulic roller cam with .509"/.528" lift.


24502609 - ZZ4 Crate Engine, 350 Gen.I long block, includes 4 bolt main caps, nodular cast iron crank with one piece rear seal, 10.0-1 CR hypereutectic pistons, 5.7" PM rods, 58cc aluminum angle plug heads, hyd. roller cam (lift .474"/.510", dur. @ .050" = 208'/221'), 1.5 rockers, lightweight valvetrain with 1.94"/1.5" valves, valve covers, dual plane 4-barrel carb aluminum intake manifold, damper, 5 quart oil pan with windage tray, water pump, flexplate and rear mounted HEI distributor with vacuum advance. Passenger side dipstick and center bolt valve covers. 355 HP @ 5250 rpm, 405 ft./lbs. torque @ 3500 rpm. Requires premium fuel. The new plastic composite ZZ4 timing chain cover will not fit with a "short" water pump.

12561723 - ZZ4 short block partial assembly, comes with Gen.I block with 4-bolt main caps, forged crank for one-piece rear main seal, hypereutectic pistons with rings, PM connecting rods. No camshaft.

12496769 - FAST BURN 385 Crate Engine - Comes with same short block assembly as ZZ4, but uses aluminum "Fast Burn" heads with 62cc chambers, 2.00"/1.55" valves, stamped 1.5-1 rocker arms, 9.6-1 CR, hydraulic roller cam with .474"/.510" lift, dur. @ .050" = 208'/221'. Includes aluminum high rise carb intake, "tall" water pump and front damper, passenger side dipstick oil pan with windage tray and center bolt valve covers. Rated at 385 HP @ 5600 rpm, 385 ft./lbs. @ 4000 rpm.

25534322 - LS1 Crate engine - Gen.III aluminum cross bolted block with nodular iron crank, PM rods, aluminum symettrical port heads with 2.00"/1.55" valves, 1.7 roller rockers, hydraulic roller cam with .500"/.500" lift, dur. @ .050" = 200'/203', LS1 crate motor comes with composite intake and throttle body, exhaust manifolds, computer, wiring harness, injectors, cast aluminum oil pan, flexplate, damper and valve covers. 10.25 -1 CR, 320 HP @ 5800 rpm, 330 ft./lbs @ 4400 rpm.


LS9750 - 2005 model LS2 Crate engine - Gen.III aluminum cross bolted 6.0 liter block with nodular iron crank, PM rods, aluminum symettrical port 60cc chamber heads with 2.00"/1.55" valves, 1.7 roller rockers, LS6 hydraulic roller camshaft, LS2 crate motor comes with composite intake and throttle body, exhaust manifolds, computer, wiring harness, injectors, cast aluminum oil pan, flexplate, damper and valve covers. 10.9 - 1 CR, 400 HP @ 6000 rpm, 400 ft./lbs @ 4400 rpm. This motor is available as a crate motor, but will also be used in the 2005 Corvette and a lower 390HP version will be used in the Pontiac GTO and the Chevrolet SSR.
